**Same‑Day Appointment Policy**
Same‑day appointments are for new, non‑acute sick visits only and are offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Depending on the doctor’s schedule, you may be directed to urgent care or asked to return during the next day’s walk‑in hours. If you have cold or flu symptoms, please wear a mask while in the office.

Appointment confirmation & Medication refill Policy
Appointment Confirmation Policy
All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit. You may confirm your appointment through your reminder text message or email, by calling our office and leaving a voicemail, or by texting us at 518‑391‑2889.
Please note that appointments not confirmed within this 24‑hour window will be automatically canceled. It is the patient’s responsibility to keep track of their appointment date and time.
Medication Refill Policy
Medication refill requests require up to 3 business days for processing. To avoid any interruption in your treatment, patients are responsible for requesting refills before running out of their medication. Submitting your request early ensures there is no lapse in therapy and allows our office adequate time to review and complete the refill safely. ****Special circumstances for medication refills may be considered; however, this does not guarantee an immediate refill. Patients should plan ahead to ensure they have enough medication while their request is being reviewed.****
